Write to the House Authority of Hong Kong Government and request that the noise should be totally stopped after 6.00 p.m.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction about the annoyed noise of the government building site next to my flat.
On February 15 when I back home on 7 pm, I heard a noisy sound and it maked me annoyed. I looked out of the window and found out the workers of the government building site still working. The workers of the goverment building site making the noise from that day and it dose not stop even after the normal working hours. I could not relax at home after working 9 hours at office because of the noise of your building site. My son told me that he felt annoyed of the noise too and he could not do the homeworks absorbedly.
I really must request, therefore, that your worker of the building site next to my flat stop working and stop making the noisy sound after the normal working hours eveyday. Unless you rectify the siruation, I shall be compelled to ask my lawyer to accuse you without further notice. I look forward to your prompt action.
